Luke Bryan was thrilled to get the opportunity to co-host the ACM Awards with Blake Shelton because he believes opportunities like that are necessary to grow his career.  “I think your job as an entertainer and a singer and a songwriter is to do whatever you think you need to do to get in front of as many people and impress as many people as you can,” he says.  In the past Luke has hosted a couple of red carpet events for The Ellen DeGeneres Show and he co-hosted the CMA Music Festival: Country’s Night to Rock on ABC last summer and he says, “I’m up for whatever.  You know, as long as I’m comfortable in the environment I’m up for anything.  I think it was fun.  So my thing is just have fun with all of this and not sweat it too much and try to make people have a good time watching whatever I’m a part of.”  You can be sure with Blake and Luke together, there will definitely be a good time.  The ACM Awards will air live from Las Vegas on April 7th on CBS.  You can check out to find out how you can win a trip to the awards with Luke, including a red carpet experience.
