Unfortunately I don’t have any power or control over Taylor’s schedule or fan meetings. Your best bet would be to contact either her management company or her record label or publicist. Those are the people who would have the ability to make something happen as far as any meet and greets with Taylor. I would start with Big Machine Records in Nashville, and perhaps they could put you in touch with her manager, Robert Allan, or her publicist, Paula Erickson.
