Keith Urban
Congratulations to Keith Urban who has been nominated for a Critics’ Choice Award. His song “For You,” which he wrote for the movie Act of Valor, was nominated in the Best Song category. Some people believe like the Golden Globes, the Critics’ Choice Awards are a good indication of what we can expect come Oscar time. While Keith certainly doesn’t want to get ahead of himself, he was recently asked how he would feel to receive an Oscar nomination for “For You,” and he said, “That’d be crazy. We’ve been working towards that, so it would be a wonderful thing if we were to get nominated. Yeah, a huge honor.” The 2013 Oscar nominations will be announced on January 10, 2013, the same day the Critics’ Choice Awards will be handed out.
