Kenny Chesney will be heading to the beach today, but it won’t be to lounge around. He’ll be playing a free show, sponsored by American Express, on the beach in Wildwood, which is located on the Jersey Shore. For those who can’t be on the beach to watch it live, the 75-minute American Express UNSTAGED concert will be directed by Jonathan Demme (Academy Award winning director for Silence of the Lambs) and streamed live on YouTube and KennyChesney.com beginning at 8:30pm ET, 5:30om PT. The concert is meant to promote Kenny’s new album, Welcome to the Fishbowl, which just hit stores yesterday.
